Logan's school did a contest to see which track could read the most in a couple of months. They recorded their progress by coloring in ice cream scoops and then whichever track won they would get an ice cream party or something rather. Logan REALLY wanted to win and would come home every day telling me which track was in the lead - and it was never hers. She read like a maniac trying to help her track win. I can't remember how many sheets she turned in but I think her total was somewhere around 20 hours. Even though her track didn't win she was the top reader for kindergarten and won $10 to Coldstone. She could not have been happier. She was willing to share her money with us so we all could enjoy some yummy ice cream on her. She's so cute and sweet. Just love her.
